We a were traveling thru town and needed a tire plug, these folks were so kind and helpful. They have a great shop off the beaten path that’s well worth the visit if you have any car repair and maintenance issues. Definitely recommend!

My brakes seized up on the way to the lake to meet my family. I thought I wasn't going to make it. They got me in last minute of their day. Got my truck done in no time. I thought the price was very reasonable and got me safely on the way to my family.

My mother's Kia was messing up and the dealership was temporarily fixing it. Brought car here and they fixed the issue. Kia wired everything wrong. Don't buy from the Kia in Nicholasville. These guys do a great job!!!! ?

This shop illegally sold the transmission out of the truck that belonged to a family member that had passed away. Yes the truck sat there for months until we were able to figure things out, but they did not have ownership of the truck, therefore they did not have the right to sell anything off of it. They were contacted and told that they owner had passed away and as soon as we could get things figured out, the truck would be moved and they would be paid. Per the shop, they were just trying to get back some of the money they were owed, which they were paid for- plus that transmission is almost impossible to find and about $4000 to replace so they got a lot more than the $500 they claimed. There is a court process that a shop has to go through in order to claim a vehicle for money owed to them- they did not do this, so selling anything off of that vehicle was done illegally and that is theft, and to do this knowing that person had passed, what an absolute disgrace.

Had an issue halfway through a 12-hour drive and found Auto Doc on Google Maps as we exited the highway. Arrived 15 minutes before closing and they graciously brought us in, fixed the issue, and got us back on the road even though it kept them working late. Very friendly and efficient.

Arrived to work with a flat tire and found a screw in the treads. I hadn't had much luck with shops in Versailles and decided to give Auto Doc a try. Gave them a call and they got my car in right away and fixed my tire within an hour. Extremely friendly, polite, and efficient. I will be going back for any future needs!

Tested for leak on air,said there wasn't one,two weeks later when it blew hot again found a leak. Second repair they replaced ignition for no reason, gave it back smoking under engine and making terrible noise,acted surprised when I called back,told me to have it towed back again and they'd check it. I wont be back. I think the problem is the owner hires a "mechanic " and puts them to work without knowing skill level. I know good help is hard to find but until you do find it you need to be on site to check work.
