“One of the cleanest showers I've seen at a pilot. To my surprise even the fan and trash are clean. Towels are like new and not overly worn out/stained. This facility only has 3 out of the 5 showers working so they get 4 stars from me. Only about 15 parking spaces outside so if looking for somewhere to spend the night get here early. As of 5/11/2023 12 PM”

“This hop shop is awesome! I asked if they would get vanilla moon pies in. They said they would tell their manager. Two weeks later they had vanilla moon pies!!! Then my free refill coupon wouldn’t work and the lady kept trying until it did!!! I even told her if she didn’t want to she didn’t have to and she said it’s ok I want to figure it out! Then it finally worked +++++ Service awesome hop shop! First was mad when they changed the road bc couldn’t get to speedway but now it’s so much better than speedway!! Plus the rewards I swear you can get a $5 card so extremely fast! I love it at this gas station!”

“I just visited the Speedway by McDonald's here in Dry Ridge. I was in the area doing some work for my dad and had to get gas before I went back to work. I went inside got an energy drink and went to pay for my gas and my card paid for all of my purchase except about $5 of it. I had no other way to pay so I asked the clerk to void the transaction and that I wouldn't be able to pay. I didn't get the clerk's name before I left but she took it upon herself to take care of the rest of the total because she didn't want my card to get put on a hold if the transaction was voided. She wasn't going to take no for answer. Thank you Speedway for hiring such a truly caring individual. It really made my day and it was certainly a blessing I needed in my life. 5 stars and two thumbs up from me!!! ?”

“The staff at Walgreen's locally here in Independence does a great job consistently when I have to reach out to them to clarify a refill or other technical question. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It helps to have this type of customer service knowing how busy they are at times. Their reorder of prescriptions is helpful as well.”

“Not the typical Pilot Travel Center that I am used to stopping at. This location is smaller, and is more like a normal convenience store gas station. Nice selection of snacks, drinks, and other merchandise for travelers. Restroom was pretty clean too. Gas prices are definitely cheaper than California! If you find yourself in this part of Kentucky, then this Pilot Travel Center is a good place to stop at.”
