It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The man I spoke with was very helpful. I had called another florist in Vanceburg and I guess that they use a call center to take orders and my total was going to be 30$ above the price of the arrangement after they added all of their service fees. This man at Crawford Florist assured me that I would only be paying for the item that I purchased and tax.

Beware!!!!I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral for a dear friend. To my surprise, a lantern was delivered instead. A BROKEN lantern. Not only was it not anything close to what I ordered, it was broken. This wasn't just an accident because when I ordered, the man suggested a lantern, but I declined. They clearly did not anticipate that my friend would send me a picture!!! And when I called the store to resolve, I was told it was MY fault because I ordered the day of and the lantern was all he could do. But why didn't he tell me this before he took my money?? He literally offered to drive to the funeral home and take it back (yes, the gift my grieving friend already received). Unbelievable. He hung up on me and won't answer my calls.

This is pictures of the wreath sent by friends to my father’s funeral today. I’m sure this is not what they requested when they ordered something for a funeral to convey condolences for the passing of a loved one. I feel this was disrespectful and unprofessional.
