Have been a customer for 6 years. Filled out and mailed in the plan form in June and it was the last I heard from them. Called to check status of account in August and was told they never got the form and was pretty much screwed and would have to get services elsewhere?? Don't understand why I follow up couldn't have been made. The whole mail in to sign up process is very old school.

Have used miles gas lp. For Several Years. The staff is friendly and helpful when and if you call. I use the 100% buy service in june to avoid winter fuel cost increases usually when everyone is tryinh to heat.
