The lack of empathy this clinic has displayed is truly disgusting. I wake up this morning to find that my dog has all the symptoms of a UTI. Something she's been treated for several times. I have spent over $5,000 at this establishment in the past 3 years. My dog is an established patient who's been seen at least 7 times by them in 3 years. She was suffering tremendously this morning so I called and asked if I could pick up an antibiotic to get some in her system and get her on the path of healing. In the past, 1-2 doses seems to give her relief of the painful symptoms and I was desperate to get something in her system. I was late for work pleading with them on the phone and refused a simple antibiotic without an appointment. As a human, I can utilize my Teladoc to get an antibiotic for myself, but at Union Pet Hospital, they are crooks who could care less about the well being of your pet. I ended up scheduling an emergency appointment with another clinic this afternoon, but drove 40 minutes home at lunch to let my dog outside to relieve herself. I come home to find that my 7 year old, fully potty trained dog has urinated ALL over my home for the first time since she was a PUPPY. This place is a disgrace!! They are the greediest crooks! I have never dealt with a more uncaring group of salespeople in my life and I'll never deal with them again!! Word of advice to anyone considering this clinic, go elsewhere & DO NOT slip up and tell them you have pet insurance. They've absolutely drained my pockets for 3 solid years. I spent over $1,000 recently to have X-rays done on a separate issue and they produced no answers for me....a few weeks later, they literally told me they recommended a SECOND round of X-rays for the same issue! They aren't happy until they force you into their office, run blood, urine and stool tests for every issue and slap you with a $400 bill. Disgusting, disgraceful group of con artists. They put a used car dealership to shame!!

This is the most EXPENSIVE pet care in NKY. They over charge for "in house" pharmacy and only meet prices when you force them to match Pet Meds. They charge above market prices for shots and vaccinations. If you like paying more for your pet care than you need to and appreciate paying for a pretty building then this is the place for you.

In my opinion if you like being overcharged, repeated visit after visit, then this would be the place for you. If you are a working man, with a working class dog, then I would recommend taking your pet somewhere else. My dog is 15 years old. Way past over the hill. When I asked about the cost for euthanasia I thought they were going to call the cops on me. I guess when the time comes, I'll do it the way they did on old yeller

What seemed to be a good vet quickly turned sour. Dr. Lee Nancarrow treated my dogs. Hundreds of dollars in unnecessary lab tests later, and I realized that she knew nothing about the problems that my dog had. She recommended the wrong treatment. On top of that, she was rude, cold and condescending and her bad advice ultimately cost my dog his life prematurely. I will never return to this place.

The staff at Union Pet Hospital are always friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and have always given our cats the best care possible. Every doctor is wonderful, and we completely trust them all. I also very much appreciate how they fit us in the same day when needed. Thank you so much for talking such good care of our pets!

A team of caring and knowledgable vets, with a great sopport staff. We have been doing business with them for over 15 years.
