Zach was very helpful. Very friendly young man. Love that I have a place to drop off unneeded items

I have stopped by multiple times during business hours and it was closed for no apparent reason. It's very frustrating when it's a 20 minute drive to get there.

This isn't the closest donation center to me but the people here are great. Came by multiple times to drop off items, spoke with Doug for a bit, following day the supervisor was there. Super nice guy, talked for awhile seemed like good people.

I stopped by to drop some stuff off. In the past someone would come outside and take the stuff from you. So I sat in my car and waited because I figured nothing changed. Instead I was met with an angry old man who told me “you know you can put that in the bin yourself” rudely. I was extremely kind, however no one wants to be treated that way when making a donation. I can’t imagine how he treats people in need.

These people are now very picky with what they’ll accept as free goods. They don’t accept furniture, appliances, TVs, work out equipment, hangers, among other things. When, in fact, we have bought the same items from them in the past. It reminds me of the old saying: “beggars can’t be choosers”. But they are now very choosy.

The easiest donation center to deal with. Drive up, unload, and drive away. Helping people in need couldn't be easier.

This is where I take all of my household and clothing items to donate. You drove up and a very nice young man helps you unload all your donations.

Easy drop off. Awesome location. There is always someone there to help unload.

The little redheaded dude with glasses that checks your stuff in has a major attitude problem. I'm curious, was it was it his great personality that got him the job or pure desperation? I'll take my stuff elsewhere going forward.
