This neighborhood looks OK to me. I do happen to know the builder that the Drees Company has put in charge here and not only is he a great builder, but a good man as well. Since my father in law lives in the adjoining Triple Crown section, not built by Drees I do however have traffic issue problems. I have been driving these same roads since he move in during the mid 1990's and what used to be a short run to get home has now become up to a 20 minute wait during peak hours just to get to the expressway! Further, on a purchase of this size it is incumbent on you to do your homework before you make a purchase of this magnitude. Ask questions. Talk to your prospective neighbors and find out about their experiences during both the building and warranty process. Check Internet reviews. Do your homework! As always, Enjoy!
