I'm from Illinois and needed my car looked at. Don Jr. fit me in on a holiday week and treated me like I was a regular customer, and when I picked up the car, told me if there was anything else he could do, to let him know.
I will always be appreciative to Don Jr and his business.

Don Jr is very thorough when it comes to diagnosing the problem on my vehicles. I trust he's going to fix the problem right the first time. He responds quickly to my inquiries and frankly treats me like family. He's probably not the cheapest but he does a really good job solving the problem. He considers what's in the best interest of the customer and that's what keeps me coming back to his shop.

I stopped by while passing through with a few problems, and he took take of the issues and didn't charge me anything. Was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Overpriced. I spent $350 to get a new battery and a tire patched. $45 of that was to install the battery and another $45 of that was to simply put the car on the lift and visually inspect it. $56 to patch the tire.Service: Battery

Upon picking my car up from routine service from the dealer, they told me I had a nail in the right front tire. They didn't do any tire patching so they put the spare on and I headed to Costco where I purchased the tires to have the tire patched. I left the tire at Costco and 2.5 hours later they called to say it was ready. Went back to Costco and asked them to put the tire back on the car. It was going to be another 1.5 hours wait. They put the tire in the back of my car and I headed to Don Jr's. When I got there the 2 service guys were working on other vehicles. I ask them if they had time to put the tire on for me. They got my car in and had the tire changed in less than 30 minutes. Great Service
