I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

“I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

“Unfortunately Tom Gill Chevy was my 3rd stop looking for a truck but will be my first from now on. When we pulled in to the lot, no salesman came out which is exactly what we liked. Didn't feel like buzzards coming for a meal. We was given time to look around. Marlon walked out and introduced himself and asked if we had seen anything we liked or wanted to look at. When I explained what I was looking for, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. Short time later and a few more songs for my 3 yr old on YouTube and I was driving home in my truck. Marlon bent over backwards to get me in the truck I was looking for. Awesome dealership and extremely tolerant and understanding salesman. Thanks Marlon for all you done.
UPDATE: I love Marlon and Tom Gill so much I just bought my 2ND vehicle from them. Marlon made sure I was ready to roll by staying late to make sure I liked the truck and all paperwork was signed. Awesome work again Marlon. Cya next year when my wife wants a new SUV. Can we say #3? :)”

It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. Yesterday (7/15/24) the Trac Off light went off on my 2015 Toyota Highlander while driving. There I was near Cincinnati Ohio all the way from Middle Georgia. I googled locate Toyota Service Center and Kerry’s came up. I drover over to Florence and needed to leave it over night.
My service specialist Ben drove me right over to the rental office . He contacted me the next morning at 10:30 with news that my car was ready!! Ever better news it wasn’t major and it didn’t break the bank!!

“Super respectful people. Had my Chevy paint worked on here and the work was great. Absolutely zero competition when it comes to pricing. These guys have the best pricing.I came in a second time to get some work done on my Ram and the owner was honest with me and told me that the work could be done very easily with an at home solution and would save me lots of money. He could have told me he could fix and charged me for it but chose to save me money instead of filling his own pockets. Lots of respect for these guys.I was even offered a ride home because I didn’t have a second person come with me. Even though it was only a few minute drive it was about a 30 minute walk home. Definitely recommend.”

So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price!
