My cousin got a quote over the phone from Gentry's. Then after the repairs the cost went up $600, because they did work they weren't asked to do. Then they lied and said their original quote was for only part of the original work and that is why the cost went up. My cousin put a single complaining post on Facebook, so the owner contacted her father-in-law to have it taken down.
