Management does a nice job of staying on top of the property. Maintenance is always pretty quick if an issue happens. It’s a quiet community which is a nice change from the city I’m used to.

not a safe place to live at all. lived here a very long time and was glad to get out! managers are not helpful at all when it comes to altercations with other tenants

We rent a house from jessica and her team in shelbyville going on 4 years, I seen some reviews on here that just aren’t accurate, they have been a complete blessing to my family, if you are looking for a home i highly recommend Them.

I have rented from Jessica a couple times here. Great people all around!! They do everything they can to accommodate their tenants. They are quick to take care of any maintenance issues and quick to address any questions or concerns.

Horrible every time I go there to pick up my step son tons of people come out complaining I'm in there parking spots. No numbers on spaces. Since when do the renters own the parking lot.

Stayed there for a while with a friend which was nice but I had issues with management and some neighbors accusing me of misconduct and being loud.I'm not a loud person and I don't bother the neighbors. The apartments are nice though and the maintenance is good too
