It's mostly high schoolers who work there, and they are incredibly rude. When you order something that they are out of, they get annoyed when you're trying to figure out what else to get. I ordered a #7 with mac and cheese, but when I got to the window they were out. I asked for mashed potatoes with NO gravy and she repeated it back to double check. When I drove away and started eating, half of the bowl was filled with gravy. I've never liked going there because they get orders wrong daily, and their customer service is horrible.

The food is great. The service needs attention. Most of the time the employees are not very attentive, helpful, polite or caring. That's says a lot doesn't it? Sad, because the food is good.

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review during the Covid pandemic. However on 11/7/2021 we picked up chicken to go at Lee's. When we tasted the chicken it was bad. I took the dinners back and ask for the manager. She ask what was wrong with the food, I told her to tase it. She immediately threw it in the trash and did not even break open a piece and smell it. I though something did not add up and she had gave me my money back too easy. I questioned the manager and she said they had a bad fryer and was trying to get it fixed. I ask why they continued to use it. She said they needed it and was trying to get it fixed. If I could give them a zero for knowingly making bad food I would.
