Have been long term renters there +10 years. Honestly, I think the parents retired or passed and passed it along to their children. The maintenance of the facility has slipped IMO. Previously would have rated it 4* . It is only a few miles from Taylorsville Lake though.

Very nice, clean and well kept up. The owners are really nice and accommodating.
