Math is super hard for these folks! No matter what the "discount amount shows" they keep charging me full price, even though I pay per the discount terms. If you can go with a different propane company, do it!!

Made a credit card payment by phone that was never recorded by them. Their website does not allow payments to be made but i am going to try again in a few minutes. I was charge $4.60 a gallon on 12/19/22. I checked Tractor Supply and it was $4 a gallon. I reviewed a Department of Energy website that showed the average price in KY for this week was $2.52 a gallon. When i called to question the pricing, i was told "Well, that's our price." so long story short, i will be researching a new propane supplier this summer

Going price in KY is $2.52 gallon on 12/20/22. They just filled my tank and charged me $4.60 gallon. TSC charges $4. "Well, that's our price" is what the lady on the phone said. I am contacting government agency tomorrow for price gouging possibilities. Looking for a new supplier this spring

Called and was priced 629 dollars for a full full on my take with the first time fillers discount because I just bought this house only to come home from work to find a receipt on my door for being charged full price of 1127 dollars almost twice the amount I wasnn be priced at very aggravated and want my money refunded for the difference of almost 600 dollars not a credit
