Don't use this company!!!!! They sent me wallpaper that did not match even though I specified the batch number I required. I now have a dark grey stripe running down in the middle of a room with light grey everywhere else. I could cope with that if they even attempted to make it right and replace the mismatched paper with new rolls. No, the manager said she was not going to do anything. My wallpaper contractor was completely shocked - he has never heard of someone not replacing paper when it was clearly their product that was wrong. All 4 walls did her best to suggest I was happy enough with it to use some on walls that did not matter (under the windows etc) - perhaps I should have scraped it off for her to re sell to some other poor customer?Good luck trying to get customer service out of these people - they don't know the meaning of the word.
