Their road side assistance is a waste of money and time. Takes 3.5 hours to get a tow onsite. Called to start a request at 6:30pm. It is now 9:30pm and being told it will take 30 more minutes. That's just unacceptable and not worth it. Removing this from my accounts and getting a better service as soon as I can get home. Ruined my whole evening waiting for this.

Good service but need better rates for car insurance for drivers who drive safely with no tickets or accidents.

Caring people, working with you to meet your needs. I have been with State Farm for 40 years or more. Glenn took over my policies when my former agent passed away. They made sure to meet us so they could understand our needs. Highly recommend this agent.
