My mom and I go here every two to three weeks. She goes to happy, who is wonderful. Lilly has now over charged me twice for no valid reason. She charged me a fee of $20 extra for long nails when my nails were not long. She charged me today $50 for a gel manicure that is $45 per their signage. This is not how you treat a customer. Especially regular customers! I have requested Vickie on their sign in several times it doesn't matter they just put you with whoever.

Never again will I go here. I couldn’t get in for a fill so I booked elsewhere and had to have my nails soaked off. This place used MMA. When nails are soaked off, if they have a gummy consistency, that’s how you can tell it’s MMA which is illegal in the US.
Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is a chemical used in some artificial nail products that can be harmful to human health. In 1974, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned MMA from use in nail products because it can cause allergic reactions, nail damage, and other adverse effects:
Dermal toxicity
MMA can irritate the skin and mucous membranes, causing inflammation, redness, itching, rash, and swelling. It can also lead to skin sensitization or dermatitis.
Respiratory toxicity
MMA can have adverse effects on the respiratory tract.
Central nervous system depression
High concentrations of MMA can cause drowsiness, light-headedness, dizziness, and unconsciousness.
Nail damage
MMA can cause nail discoloration, infection, pain, and deformities in nail growth. In some cases, it can lead to permanent loss of the nail plate or sensation in the fingertips.

Lily was professional and patient, as well as pleasant company.
Cleanliness: The studio was spotless, the staff was spotless and used gloves and masks, which I appreciate. Another staff member cleaned and set up the studio for the next work day, also, which I also appreciate.
Stylist: Lily was easily engaged and very attentive to my comfort and aware of my recent surgery. Her skills were excellent also.

Good evening! Thank you for reaching out to check on my experience at Queen Nails. I was happy with my sea salt pedicure. Ryan did a very nice job. He took his time & was very friendly. He even helped me pick out a color that that was out of my comfort zone, but I really like it! Rock on Ryan! :)
Requested style: Ryan did exactly what I requested, sea salt pedicure.
Cleanliness: The shop was very clean & organized.

This was my first time here. Everyone was very nice however the pedicure was about a two out of five. She did not get rid of my calluses which I’ve never had that happen before and I’ve been getting mani pedis for yeats. Also, the price was way too much. I spent nearly $200 never paid that much before. It was a so so experience. That was very pricey.

Scheduled with Vicki and left completely satisfied, as usual. She is, hands down, one of the best nail techs in the city, and has been for some time. Make sure you schedule appropriately- details matter! Don't show up to a gel appointment with dip on your nails, needing removal. This adds a long time to your appointment, so make sure you book exactly what you want, sit back, and let her work her magic ✨

Made a gel appointment with Vickie with take off. She shows up 15 minutes late and tells me she doesn’t have time for my manicure because I didn’t request a “long enough appointment.” Had been recommended here by a friend but absolutely terrible customer service. Left without my nails done and will not be back.

HIGH prices for just Soso work. I was shocked when I found out they were charging me close to $200 for a Manny Patty. I have never paid that much!
