Totally meh. The stylists talk like Hill jacks, showed them 5 photos of the look I wanted, they were all like "I don't know what that is! I don't know what cut that is!"
From 5 different views of photos?
Went there twice. Once was a 4 star, barely. Second was a high two star.
Want a good haircut? Skip here and go downtown Cincy!

Needed a new look for real estate,The hair dresser kept it long enough so that I could go shorter if necessary, haven't been impressed before but this one did a good job and getting new head shot with this new dew.

Been coming here for years, my 10 year old son also. Have never had an issue until yesterday. A lady named Shawna cut my son's hair and totally didn't listen to what we wanted. He was in tears it was so bad. She was also very rude and didn't even try to fix the situation. I will never return to this store again unless I know she is not working there. Not fair to the other ladies because I've never had an issue with them. Don't get your haircut by Shawna.

Usually pop in every few months to get my faughters hair washed and cut. We are such a busy family this place being so close to home just makes it so easy. They have always been so kind.I called at 5:18 to see if they would do a shampoo and cut if I joined the wait list. They said yes so I did. I arrived to check in to be told they close in and hour and would not shampoo my daughter's hair. Only cut. They were rude, unkind, and unwelcoming. I had been in my car running between practices and work for a total of 4 hrs when I arrived. I couldn't believe I went out of my way to make this trip.Fully prepared to leave my usual $50 on a $12 haircut because I don't think they charge enough.Called back to get the ladies names to be pretty much left on the phone while they argued among themselves. Rough stuff. I'll never return to the unhappy stylest and hope they try harder to be nice and no so nasty.Owner of the salon. Better check your ladies customer service skills.

Took my boyfriend here for a haircut before our pictures and now am about to cancel pictures because of the worst haircut he’s ever had. She asked what he wanted and he said she can tell you and she didn’t listen to me and cut way to short and very uneven. Her attitude was nasty. 10/10 do not recommend.Service: Haircut

Hey there! This incident was at the Taylor mill great clips in Kentucky. I went on a 5 mile run to this location to get my haircut done before I went on my run I checked in an hour early online I knew I was going to get there just before they closed but I was fully prepared to tip well this location closes at 7 and I arrived at 6:50 I thought to myself great I arrived just on time I went to go open the door and it was LOCKED I then proceed to look through the window and see my name was on the screen and the the two people working there were just sitting there at the front desk on there PHONES I proceeded to try the door agian to see if they would notice me and they finally did one of the workers proceeded to stand up and mouth the words were close I then angrily showed them my watch and walked away. Why have a time that you guys close WHEN YOU DONT GO BY IT and for the workers to just sit there on the phones INSTEAD OF DOING THERE job is supper agervating

No one in the store and the lady wouldn’t cut my 6 year olds hair as he wasn’t on the list. Then she wouldn’t give me the managers card. Very disappointed
