“Absolutely delicious! I ate today for the first time from Southside. I was amazed at how good it was. They honored a special request and my wife picked up our pork tenderloin sandwhichs, fries and onion rings.Mmmmmm....it's a square meal for a square deal. “I think some of these reviews fail to realize that having a store like this in the armpit of Dayton is a blessing and they have to keep their prices high because it's not a grocery store where they can get things delivered by the truckload. They aren't price gouging us, prices are marked to keep afloat lol. It's a convenience store. You're paying for the convenience. Excellent service every single time and it's SO nice to pick up some odds and ends to save me a trip to Kroger.”

“I visit this gas/station on a daily basis. It's in my neighborhood. The employees are courteous. Store is clean. Never used the restrooms. They have an air pump that is usually out of order. That is the only reason for 4 stars. It's a busy station. Their ice is reasonable too”

“It's a convenience store at the end of a street that sells amazing soft-serve ice cream. I try to stop by whenever I am in the Covington/Newport/Bellevue area. The soft serve is such a great deal. They give you a huge portion for less than $4. The flavors are unique and change weekly. If you follow them on social media, they post what new flavors they have. Today's was vanilla and butter pecan mix. They also have beer on tap, a large variety of craft beer, and other typical convenience store items. The staff there are super friendly as well. Will definitely stop by again when I am in the area!”

“One of the cleanest showers I've seen at a pilot. To my surprise even the fan and trash are clean. Towels are like new and not overly worn out/stained. This facility only has 3 out of the 5 showers working so they get 4 stars from me. Only about 15 parking spaces outside so if looking for somewhere to spend the night get here early. As of 5/11/2023 12 PM”
“I liked the store better with the original owners but they sold it years ago. They have changed the inside layout some though they seem to have essentially the same stuff, albeit more expensive, not entirely the store's fault, and to keep a small mom & pop shop like this open things do tend to be more expensive but it's one of those places that make Erlanger, Erlanger!”

“Best rib tips I've ever tasted in life. Stood in line over an hour to get them, and it was well worth it. Great service, great portions for the price, and not only is the staff nice, the patrons are as well. Definitely the best hidden Gem in Cincinnati. They only take cash... fyi but there is an ATM onsite.”

“I visited African Mini-Mart for the first time today, just to get a feel for the place. I must say, the store smelled DELICIOUS! Like heaven. I admit, I just wanted to see what the store had to offer, and it offers a lot - all kinds of African spices, foods, and products. Alas, I had just finished shopping at Merkato Market, another African food and goods store a stone's throw away, so I only ended up purchasing some Jamaican soda, but I will go back. The woman behind the counter was very, very kind.”

“Besides for being a place that is in closer proximity to where I live compared to other gas stations. The people who own and run the store, have always went out of their way to make sure they had stock of the things I would ask for. Everyone is super nice and very helpful, I've been going here for over 10 years, and don't plan to stop.”
