Stop in on my 10 hour break.
Went to mcdonald's to get something to eat. Ask four a fish meal I said I didn't want the fries that were put in my bag. I asked for fresh fries. The lady That was bagging the Food grabbed my bag Off the counter And threw it back in the back as if she had a attitude. I'm confused. I have been working all day if I ask for fresh fries. What is the problem I didn't say it in a nasty way.I just asked for fresh fries .Today's date is7-8-24 At about 5:40 PM. The older?
Lady with the long Skirt on. Need to teach her some Manners or she needs to stay in the back.Because I've been working All day , just wanted something nice and hot and quick to eat . Just messed up my mood for nothing. She acted as if she was paying for my food.

Stopped to do my 10 hr after dropping a load 5 miles down the road. Paid for a shower, and the guy said it would be a 3 to 5 hour wait as he is the only one here. I need a shower cause I can't sleep dirty. Very rude and disrespectful attitude. There are currently 5 people in line and 4 dirty showers, but he has not made a single attempt to go back and clean the showers. This is why I will always choose Loves over a Pilot, unfortunately out of hours so I'm forced to stay here. I would highly advise finding another place to stop.

It's no use taking a reservation online, at this trackstop, no one controls this place.

Having been a long time customer of pilot I have seen the changes. Some good and some bad. This is a very clean place.
However, this morning was different. The staff decided that if you don’t have points, you’re not entitled to your military discount. She was rude about it, and very unprofessional.
I use pilots in the lower 48. I get it retail sucks. But you chose the job.
I will not be coming back to this location. And suggest others use the pilot on the east side of the road instead.

Be wary of this location. A cashier rang up and bagged the wrong product for me. When I returned to the store they would not exchange, return or refund the item. I was told the fault is mine for not confirming the correct item before walking out. Corporate customer service offered me a free fountain drink and said they are unable to override the in store decision. I can handle a manager that doesn’t want to give an inch but if corporate customer service is unwilling or unable to correct an in-store mistake, I will just consider myself fortunate I did not require their help for a more significant issue.

Told cashier every garbage can in the fuel island was overflowing and she said he’s been busy doing showers. But thanks for letting us know.

Bathrooms dirty smells like urine. Cashier rude and no personality. Parking is a joke. Been to better no selection of drinks at all in cooler.

Wherever I stopped penyru services, as a truck driver, I always put a lot of emphasis on how accessible the toilets and shower cabins are. To my surprise, at this truck stop I found it renovated and clean. Thanks to the team that works diligently to maintain order and cleanliness, it means a lot to us as customers. Unfortunately, they are too far from the comfort offered by other truck stops such as LOVE'S, TA and others in the large series.
By the way, I removed a star for the annoying stupidity with the reserved parking spaces for tricks. Common Pilot! If we are a family, it is not good to love each other for money. ?

Pilot/Flying J Reserved Parking program is a joke. Don’t bother paying for a spot cause it seems no one will enforce reserve spots anymore, as per an employee at this one said per their manager, they’re not to go out after dark…… If you’re not going to enforce the reserve parking program during its allotted time frames then maybe you should dispose of it entirely so folks who do need it don’t bother wasting their time coming to your store for a place to park when they need it !

Don't pay for parking. They won't keep your spot open. The whole paid parking thing is a scam.

We prefer to stop at travel centers / truck stops / gas stations like Love's, Pilot, Vulcan, etc. when on the road because they usually have cleaner bathrooms and more abundant selections of snacks. This Pilot is an acceptable representative of those types of gas station. Lots of bathrooms, snacks, and pleasant-enough employees. This one wasn't quite as nice as others I've been to, but it got the job done.A little confusing here -- there are two Pilots more or less across from each other, on either side of Highway 71. This one had an attached McDonald's; the other had an attached Dunkin'. I would've rather gone to the one with a Dunkin', lol, but my husband wanted a quick burger so we wound up at this one. His burger came out fast and was actually really good for a McD's burger, and I got to grab a drink before we got back on the road.
