All the staff are eager to help with any problems that may arise. Leicia Schneider was great getting our house loan completed even with a few hiccups on the seller’s end. Thanks UCB for everything!!

Good bank, friendly people. The late fees will get you in a bind so stay away from being in the negative, $35 per even a dollar charge, per charge, will definitely not help you being broke. Other than that it's a good bank to go with.
