Almost an hour here and still no help. Some young boy inside with Thorntons work clothes on was told to go weigh my copper or find Matt. Well his answer was he will just find Matt!! What kind of customer service is that??? Been to the office and sent back to the red building 5 times!!! I knew I should have went to Henderson like last time. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
