“Following a report that my door wasn't accessible I called them. The guy told me "it may be the closest choice they have on the machine" and I thought huh... we'll see. Well, it turns out a bucket truck was blocking the road and wouldn't even let the postal vehicle through! They are usually really good with deliveries!”
