Drove from My Sterling to pickup a trailer. Had an appointment for 1230, and they were already closed when I got there. Even called U-Haul Corp and they said they were supposed to be open until 1:00. Absolutely unacceptable. Recommend going somewhere else.

I rented a storage building there and the woman I don't remember her name but she is really very nice and easy to work with and the units are clean and very secure I would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit

I rented a u haul out of Lexington one way to pirate town in Stanton.. U haul had a special running if you rent a uhaul you got a free month rent at pirate town storage place... Well I payed for the first month they gave me the second month free... But unknown to me my storage supportably had got broken in and had happened almost two weeks prior .. Had I not made the effort to stop by. I probably still wouldn't have know... No police were called at the time of the storage break in... And the lady informed me that I wasn't the only one that had been robbed. But when I called the police the officer told me they had had no other reports of a break in there. I literally got thousands of dollars took in furniture accessories all my cook wear... My Children's things from there younger years... And the big kicker was they tell me they aren't responsible that my insurance should cover it... I had no idea I was suppose to take out insurance on it. NOR was I ever told. .... I am so upset ... The police and pirate Town both insinuated that people that get broke into there usually do it themselves or have it done... Can you believe that... Add insult to injury....
