cannot begin to express my disappointment with Scotts Auto Carrier. My first contact. with tem was on 11.24.23 to have small dirt bike shipped from NY to NV arriving no later than 12.15.2032. I was told on 12.5.23 there was still plenty of time and not to worry. On 12.8.23 I was told the bike would be picked up Monday 12.11.23. On 12.11 I was told 12.12. On 12.12 I was told 12.13 before noon. It's now 3:45 on 12.13. Thank you for issuing a refund, but what I wanted was my bike to be back in NV for the winter. Had you doubled my refund for screwing this up, I may not be so disappointed. Now, I have to tell everyone.
