If you rent a U-haul from this place make sure you are charged for the correct person. I was charged for a contract that wasn't mine in the amount of $250 and all they tried to refund me was $105. Owner wasn't any help even though he is the one who made the mistake. Also the truck had NO AC and the check engine light was on.

Sold my daughter an absolute lemon. They traveled from Wisconsin to Kentucky to pick this vehicle up. 25 thousand dollar vehicle . Once they returned to Wisconsin the vehicle started giving them problems. They immediately made an appointment for service and we're estimated over $7000.00 in repairs. They called the owner and after several attempts for a response he could of cared less about the problems with this vehicle and the danger he put them in by selling this vehicle. The same man that told my daughter "this vehicle is so safe I would put my own child in it". My daughter absolute dream car has turned her life upside down. Being an educator and saving her money for down payment she is absolutely saddened that there are truely bad people in this world. Willing to make a dollar and jeopardize their safety. Don't buy from here if you value your life and the life of your loved ones.

Worst buying experience I’ve ever had, bought an suv from Lincoln Motors For $25,000 that has a shot Transmission, and Transfer Case, requiring roughly $7,500 worth of repairs! And they are not willing to do anything to make the situation right. DO NOT buy anything from or do business with these crooks!

First time dealing with Lincoln Motors and could not be happier with the overall experience. Got a great quality used truck at a reasonable price. There were a few minor repairs the truck needed, and the owner saw to it they were taken care of at no extra cost. Great customer service and very nice people.
