Rude in person service and never answers the phone

Nobody wants to answer the phone it just goes straight to voicemail after losing $5 in a lottery ticket machine after I told an employee he said they would give me a call when his manager got back and never got a response or a call after he took my number and my name putting it into his phone instead on a peace of paper.

I stopped there this morning and the cashier was EXTREMELY rude..it was around 6:30 am I will never be back again..the cashier acted like she was doing me a favor..also, I lost 10.00 in the lottery machine, meaning I didn't get any tickets, money back nothing, left my name and number....nothing..this was months ago

More reasons I go to FiveStar. While adding air in my tires I observed the lot was clean as usual, the air compressor looked maintained and in good condition, the compressor worked properly, and it was free.

Will not spend another penny at any FiveStar. $8.00 for a quart of oil. Same quart of oil at Wal-Mart for $3.29. I will sit on the side of the road and wait for any other store to open to keep from spending another penny at FiveStar. Thanks for price gouging?
