So I received a gift card for a massage and was so excited because I’m a single mother and never ever get time for myself but this one time I was so excited and couldn’t wait but then I woke up that morning of my appointment day to my grandmother passing so I called to cancel IMMEDIATELY and was told that they would be taking my gift card because I couldn’t make it in. I told them I had a tragedy happen that was out of my hands but they had no care no remorse just going on about money money money .I ask WHY would you take my gift card when this was a Xmas gift and there response was “Well if you can give me a card to charge 50 percent or we will have to charge your gift receipt in FULL” I absolutely said I would not be giving you a card when this was out of my hands and I had just lost someone dearly to me and that this was a Xmas gift for one! Blown away at this point, So they took my gift card and the lady had no care for people and knowing LIFE HAPPENS UNEXPECTEDLY !!! Also let’s say that when I called I found out they they had also booked me for a way more expensive massage then what my gift receipt was for, so I was going to find out AFTER THE MASSAGE I would’ve had to pay out of pocket which blows my mind still. This whole situation just has me upset with this company and how they treated me.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Hands down! So easy to find, relaxing atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and inviting! I had services provided by Ariel and Amy, they were so knowledgeable and professional! I’ve had massages before, but this was hands down the best one I’ve ever received! Amy was excellent! My first facial, and Ariel made my first experience so amazing! For a tired momma, this was a dream! This place is clean, parking is accommodating, and the space over all is just beautifully breathtaking. I can only say great things about this business and staff! I am so excited to have this in my hometown and can NOT wait to book my next session!

The entire experience was phenomenal and amazing!!! I have been blessed to have enjoyed massages all over the world, but today's was by far the BEST ever!!! It's in downtown Stanford, so it's brilliantly easy to find (RIGHT by the Blue Bird). There is plenty of parking, which is obviously a bonus. The shop is small but wonderfully quaint. Amy my massage therapist and met me right away, offered me water, and led me to the room. We covered the basics (any areas to avoid, areas I particularly want focused on, etc.), and the massage was underway shortly thereafter. I had the hour & a half hot stone, and was immediately in Xanadu! She made sure the pressure was just right, and that the stone temp was not too hot or cold. I cannot say enough great things! She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, so you can most assuredly enjoy your massage. Also the price is is spot-on, so it's not some outrageous amount. I am so glad I found Ester's Well House (and they conveniently offer on-line booking...but you DO have to cancel by calling them)!!! And now I am definitely a loyal and returning customer!!!

I just had the best massage of my life. Would highly recommend Amy to anyone. I am 38 weeks pregnant and after that massage I have zero back pain -which is something I have not been able to say for months! I love Esthers and will be back.
