“I tried this business for the first time the other day. I originally went to the Middletown location. The male employee here was such a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond to help since what I was looking for was out of stock at this location but he made numerous calls to other locations in hopes of finding what I wanted. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to have an interaction with an employee that was so outgoing. Thank you for all your help and a big applause to the person that hires and trains the employees because I had to travel to another location a little further away but again, everyone at the Poplar Level Rd. location was so wonderful to interact with. They were a little busy but they just took their time with each guest and never missed a beat and then as walking out the door after my purchase every employee said "thank you and have a good day" The price is about the norm I have paid at other places but not complaining. I will say, I have never wrote a review like this but it made such a lasting impression I just had to let everyone know.”

“I have been coming to Puff N Joy for the past two years. It's the only vape shop I'll go to anymore. The owner, Asif, is a great guy and treats his customers with respect. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They will take their time to help you find what you need. They have a wide selection of vapes, Kratom, thc, and kava products as well as a nicer selection of pipes and hookahs. The store is always clean and I always leave happy.”

I'm a lover of crystals, bath stuffs, and all things witchy, so I was glad to finally pop in. Though the shop is small, it's offering tons of art, crystals, bath stuffs, spell kits, jewelry, clothing, and lots of great stuff for gifts! If you're interested in checking out and shopping a unique spot, Natural Mystic is a great shop for you!”

“Always a clean and friendly atmosphere. Alwsys greeted with a smile! They stay up-to-date on all their products and keep a really good stock of products as well as variety. They will even order what you're looking for if they don't have it available. This is my go to vape store!!! Huge selection of disposable vapes! They offer the biggest selection I've seen at any vape store. They also offed deals on most disposable vapes. For example Lost Mary disposable vapes are buy 2 get one free.”

“Came in yesterday on my lunch break for a vape, Brandy had exceptional customer service and was able to talk to me about the different products they offered (also they have a cool little seating area where she had fallout 4 setup one of my favorites). Aside from being in a semi difficult spot to find nestled between roosters and another store front you can almost miss it but stop in and check out the inventory or maybe have a conversation and see what products fit your needs. They had everything from rda box mods to disposables like Mr fog with an extensive variety of flavors. I'll be back again. If not for another great conversation with brandy then at least another vape lol.”

“reply to the negative reviewers: hi hater. pull off easy. bye hater. you don't like encore? why hater! the vape and cannabinate industry is what it is; there's some frustration with any product, but you are not going to find a better selection, staff, nor client purchase experience than @ this right here location nary especially in this area. i'll carry on for instance -- some mods don't hit clean for me, and some canabinates make me feel distorted, scary or worried, while others i can tolerate. remember: always going to be dang trial and error anywhere you go. gl yall be safe pc. gb. my only complaint? ain't open 247... :]”
