So very disorganized. Not straight forward regarding costs. Untimely availability. For years I mistakenly thought this was Louisville’s only store that supplied mastectomy needs. So glad I found another nearby that is FAR superior and honest with cost to customer, who has items available to customer at time of purchase and on and on. This is night compared to day of my new found shop!

I was told to pick out bras & was fitted with a Prosthesis that eas too big & I stated that but Carole said no. Probably all she had & wanted to make a sale. I paid up front & she filed Insurance. My insurance did not pay for the total amount so Carol tells me I had ordered more expensive bras. She should’ve told me that upfront that there was a limit. Of course she wants to file the insurance and you pay upfront so she knows she’s getting her money. Beware! I won’t be going back

I've been buying my mastectomy bras here for many years. The owner and assistant are very adapt at fitting correctly. Best of all, they sell Anita bras and other hard to find ones - only the best quality ones!

Best clothing purchase! I didn’t have special needs but was given excellent service. I was not aware that bra fittings are usually reserved. Carole fit me in between clients when I showed up. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Quality products and service. Will be returning—with an appointment! The store is crowded with all their merchandise

Customer service is excellent!!! They will have an 1on 1 experience with customers and they will make sure that your satisfied before you leave. This is my first time coming in and I feel absolutely great
