I told them when I came it was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. The lady said she would explain it to me next time but, there won't be a next time. They just immediately started vacuuming when I was still trying to get things out of my car. They did a halfway job on the wipe down.

Went today and it was terrible! I paid for the most expensive package they had and it was supposed to be inside and out. They did a terrible job. They didn't vacuum the back at all, the windows are all smeared and smudged after they "cleaned" them, they did not touch the dash or the doors and my car smells terrible now. I asked about the air freshener that I was supposed to get and everyone pretended that they didn't speak English(or maybe they couldn't). The inside where you're supposed to wait is so old and ran down. They had a few air fresheners that you could buy(like 4) and a huge section of greeting cards and birthday candles which I thought was odd. The outside wash was ok. I would not go back here and I would not recommend at all. Save your $42 and go somewhere else!

I been using this car wash for many years. Usually I have to wipe missed spots myself. Not a big deal, nobody is perfect. So never had high expectations, but it was very convenient for me. Few minutes from my work. I keep my car pretty clean and get it washed regularly. I have to admit , this time my car was very dirty ,because we came from South Carolina night before and drove through hurricane Debby. After wash my car still looked dirty , even had dead bugs on the front. I asked to speak to the manager , he came and told me that I need to wash my car by hand and they only do automatic wash. He used his finger to see if the dirt will come off and it did, but still refused to help me. To be fair ,one side of my car is clean ,so I guess half of my car doesn't need to be washed by hand .
Terrible experience, really bad service, horrible customer service.

I drive a Toyota Sienna and I took the van with the seats down. When I got to it 7 minutes later, my seats were vacuumed and moved. I didn’t even think about it but they did!
I wish I could have waited another 10 minutes to have my interior cleaned better.
I stayed and asked for their rag to dry the spots they didn’t clean well. I drove 50 miles - I think next time I will try another place.

I just went there i paid $48 to clean for full servie and they didn't even clean wiped out side and in side it is a total waste of money

This used to be my favorite spot, but it has really gone down hill the past year. I thought maybe it was just a fluke the first time, but the last 3 times I've gone they've rushed through and missed a lot of dirt inside and outside my truck. If you are going to charge extra money for an oversized vehicle, you should do extra work on that vehicle for the extra money, not less. Moreover, they no longer wipe down your car after the wash until the job is done, they only wipe until the next car is in line and then they all move over regardless of how done your car is.

Went for a full service wash today to clean the exterior and interior of my car. I had a car charm dangling off of my rear view mirror that was there before the wash and was gone afterwards. I found the ring that connected the charm to the chain in my floorboard but the charm is nowhere to be found. I have looked under all seats, in the glove box, under floor mats, in the pockets behind the front seats, and in the trunk thinking that if it got broken accidentally they would've put it somewhere safe. Unfortunately this is not the case. I can only assume it was stolen out of my vehicle since it has completely disappeared. I am highly disappointed and I will not be back.

I took my 22 Chellenger there this morning. I thought everything would be great. Right up until I get my car back and realized they failed to close my car door properly before sending it through the wash. My driver seat and floor is soaked! Highly irritated!

Not worth 24 bucks. Car is still dusty, nothing wiped down but front window, awful vaccum job. This place used to be fantastic, super disappointing.
