My partner and I went to the St. Matthews location yesterday, and the only guy working was extremely rude. We are new home owners, excited to paint our home and had a few questions. The worker made us feel extremely d*** and seemed to not want to help at all. If our painter had not suggested Sherwin paint, we would absolutely gone somewhere else. Customer service goes a long way, and we will not return to this location.

The disappointment regarding my visit was attributable principally to 'overall' SW deficiencies, and less relative to the specific store. I came to the store with a specific SW formula that was mixed 10 years ago (had the actual formula label). I was told that due to the age of the mixture, they could not replicate the mixture. This situation is not acceptable -- SW is an old and established company -- 10 years is not that long -- there should have been a resource that the store could have accessed to replicate the mix. The store personnel attempted to mix something that was similar, but they were not even close. I used some of the product on the wall that I was attempting to 'touch-up', and am now likely looking at repainting the entire room. Not acceptable.
