“The people that work here are the nicest people I have ever worked with in my entire life. The campus is extremely well kept and they are not overbearing in their approach to practicing religion. Candy Nieves who works the front desk is knowledge, friendly, and down-to-earth. Cindy in accounting and Susan White the Parish Office Manager always went out of there way to help me and make me feel at homeYou can see the passion for their workplace in their everyday approach to making everyone there feel like family.The school is Pre-K through 8th Grade and the teachers are just as passionate about their work, raising well-rounded young people. The students were the most well-behaved kids I have seen in a school setting and always seemed to be genuinely interested in their studies. The administrators of the school are extremely good at their jobs and always were accommodating to my needs while working as the Director of IT Operations, and are easy to become fast friends with due to their open-hearted nature.I am not Catholic nor do I follow an organized religion, but I do try to follow a spiritual path and treat all my fellow human beings with respect and kindness. However, if I were to decide to follow one religious dogma, I would definitely start by attending services at St Margaret Mary!”

“I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS DAYCARE. My daughter LOVES this place. I transfered her here from another place and I could not be happier about my decision. Before my daughter would cry before daycare and now she actually asks to go to "school" and is excited every morning. Her favorite teacher is such a joy and takes time to talk to me everyday. My daughter comes home at least twice a week with a drawing or activity that she has worked on that day, sometimes everyday of the week. She has learned so much since starting here and her vocabulary has increased dramatically. I could go on and on about how much I love and how much my daughter loves this place.”

“Strathmoor Preschool has been an absolute God send for our family. We have 5 kids with one on the way and our 3yr old has enjoyed her time at school and learned soo much. I'm so impressed with the level of care and learning happening. Next year we plan to send her and our toddler who turns 2 over the summer. I know they'll both love it. The only thing I'd change is to add a birth-2 program! It's really that great, I wish they took younger kids, too!”

Go back about 20 years ago, and my brother and I actually both attended First Kids and had an amazing experience- with memories we still cherish to this day! Now fast forward a couple decades and I am blessed to be able to have my own child at First Kids! We had tried a couple other facilities prior, only due to the fact that they were closer to home and where I worked. However, we ended up having terrible experiences and pulled him out of every single one! We had little hope for a loving and caring environment, until we were able to get him into First Kids! Every day my child is so excited to go to First Kids and play with their friends and teachers! I can not talk up each and every single one of the staff members enough, and have never met such a group of loving and kind individuals. It is so wonderful being able to go through our work day with the peace of mind knowing our child is happy and being cared for the with the upmost love and care! Go First Kids!”

“I have two children in Newburg KinderCare and this facility has been an absolute blessing for us! The staff members are always so sweet and friendly and they’ve done amazing things for my kids! They always go above and beyond with their crafts and care. They’re all so creative and adore ALL of the children in their classrooms. My oldest has completely come out of his little “shy shell” since being in this early learning center and he’s always talking about how much he loves his teachers and his classroom. They’ve helped my toddler learn and grow in so many different ways. They offer so much trust and love to me and my children and treat us like family.10/10 I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for thorough childcare ?”

“My son started going here in 2021 as a newborn. As a single mom I could NOT have asked for a better place for us. Although every classroom we move out of is hard to leave, we are welcomed by a new set of amazing teachers (should be noted that the previous ones are always close by and pop in). They truly care about their kido's + the transitions from classroom to classroom, and my son looks forward to school (almost, ha) every morning. Val and Mary Kate are always available need be. 10/10”

My 1.5yo will eat everything they serve here, even meats and veggies which she won't eat for me at home. I just think that speaks to the comfort level and sense of safety/authority-recognition she has while she's there. I'm so grateful for this daycare. They are caring, loving, patient, supportive, talented, and without a doubt dedicated to providing a positive, learning, creative, fun environment for their children! “My daughter has been attending J Town preschool for a month now and I have been so thankful for the exceptional care they are providing! The facility is always clean and they have many activities for the babies. They update me throughout the day with pictures and information and are quick to answer any questions I have. Trish, Rebecca, and Jordis in the infant room are ALL wonderful and so kind and treat my girl like she is their own. I feel so comfortable dropping her off in the morning and would recommend this facility highly! They have made going back to work as a first time mom a lot easier.”

“I was referred by Puzzles from the PGM group on Facebook. As a first time parent I had no clue how long the daycare waitlists are in Louisville. Thank you to the Pretty Good Mom that recommended this place. I had my first child start around 12 months old. Totally impressed from the first day of how much activities there are for his age outside the classroom. One of my favorite teachers taught him about other cultures and languages. He started saying and signing a few words in the first month or so. So impressed! When my second child was 8 weeks she started attending Puzzles. I loved that the classroom sizes are small and she got to grow up with her teachers. The best part about Puzzles is the abundance of art your kids bring to you. Never thought I would like a scribbled picture or a finger painting so much. Sadly, I had to leave Puzzles due to the latest pickup time is 5:30pm. It was a struggle getting there in time due to work. In the future when my kids get older I know they offer temporary daycare for school breaks. So it’s not goodbye but see you later. I would recommend Puzzles to any parent and their kids. Professional staff, with smaller class sizes, and a safe and fun environment for all ages. Thank you Puzzles staff!”

“When my family moved to Louisville in 2017, when my son was just 10 months old, we landed at Kayfield II by way of recommendation and it was the best decision we ever made! My son had the most attentive teachers and staff, who continuously helped nurture his love for learning. He thoroughly enjoyed going each and every day. Ms. Destiny created a bond with each of the children in her classes and used that to help them develop important skills. But by far, the best thing about Kayfield is the PreK program. My son entered Kindergarten this year and is well above where he needs to be thanks to the amazing PreK program and teachers that Kayfield has. Ms. Millie and Ms. Alainey took extra time to comprehend how each kid learns and what drives them and used that to prepare them beyond measure and I could not be more thankful as a parent. The curriculum was well planned out and they made each day a fun adventure which in turn allowed each and every kid to learn to their fullest extent. I cannot say enough great things about Kayfield Academy II and most importantly the best teachers any child could have, Ms. Millie and Ms. Alainey.”

“Southside has really been good to us and our son, since he was about 6mo old. He is now almost 2 and he ABSOLUTELY LOVED all of his teachers there! We had a change in our financial situation so that is the only reason we had to pull him out. I still give high recommendations to this daycare center! Amber, the director is so personable and knowledgeable! She is very in tune with the kiddos and their needs! You can tell all of the teachers there have so much fun playing and caring for the kids. It was really a great place for my child and again I would recommend it to other parents!”

My son started when he was 1 so we were worried since at the age they cant directly tell you how their day is going. But the directors and all the teachers and staff put in effort to be transparent and thoughtful to make sure he was having a great experience. They helped him with animals, and shapes, and colors, and did fun crafts that we got to take home. The teachers especially his current ones Mrs. Alyana and Mrs. Dorthy have welcomed our son and made him feel at home. The patience and grace they give their students is remarkable and I believe every parent should look to Cadence for their preschool and child care needs.”
