“My dad gave me some leftover deck paint to do my porch. Well I ran out of the paint mid-job (1st time homeowner, I have no idea how much it would take). I asked where he got it and he got it at Dages Paint. Honestly I always thought independent paint stores like Dages were for contractors, not the general public. But I went there anyway for a gallon of paint and the experience couldn't have gone better. The guy at the counter was helpful and patient. The prices seem in line with the big box stores. I'll gladly get my paint and supplies from Dages moving forward.”
“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”

“Sherry is AMAZING. I had my toddler in the store with me. Sherry got slammed shortly after we arrived and other customers were helped in front of us, but it worked out well. Naturally my toddler got restless and commenced running in circles around the store. Sherry didn't bat an eye! Once she was able to help us, she was patient and understanding and moved as quickly and she could to help us with our needs. She even helped me to the car with all the paints we'd brought in for freshness/usability checks. The following day when we picked up our order, she helped load the paint purchases into the vehicle while I loaded the toddler into the car. What service!! I highly recommend this store! I can't tout Sherry enough! She is a rock star. She even loaded my paint cans into the boxes so it's easy to discern which colors were in which boxes. 10 out of 10 recommend this store!”
“I just like to take the time to appreciate good customer service when it happens because it is so few and far in between when it happens. I went into PPG on Preston Hwy Saturday to repurchase a deck paint I already had. The representative (Jennifer) was very sweet and attentive. She made the experience very nice. Although I almost contemplated purchasing the paint I needed from Lowes i would def go back to PPG because never have i once ever been greeted AND assisted that pleasantly at Lowes.”

No waiting around for 30 mins like the major hardware stores. I'll definitely return for all my paint needs in the future! Highly recommended!”

“I have been going to this paint store since we moved to the area 3 years ago. I have been nothing but impressed. The store is clean and well organized and I have been fully satisfied with my purchases. But the big reason this is my go to paint site is the people that work there. The customer service is exceptional. The employees are always warm and welcoming and happy to answer my painting questions. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, they've helped me purchase some deals too! On several occasions they have helped me carry my purchased items out to my car (one of those instances being when I was a new mom trying to figure out juggling a heavy car seat while shopping). This place never disappoints. If they ever have staffing issues or bad days, you'd never know it. I highly recommend them. 5/5 stars easily!”
“He had a great experience with the customer service representative named Bryce. He was kind, smart, and quick. He made great recommendations and answered all of my questions. We will definitely go to this exact Sherwin-Williams again and again.
The only down fall? They did not have one of the stain colors we needed. Bryce let us know when it would be available so we could return at that time.”

“Went in needing exterior paint for a mural. Staff was more than patient and informative with what I needed. Phenomenal service, particularly from Stan, who was so wonderful as an employee it makes you want to work here with him! Would highly recommend going to this store for your paint needs. “We went in because we had decorated for Christmas and the tabs had tore the paint with the drywall off. We didn’t have any of the paint, so we took in a piece of the drywall with paint on it. The gentleman matched the paint perfectly and was so accommodating. Thanks!!”

Today I went into a Sherman Williams store, NOT SHELBYVILLE RD...Let's just say my experience buying paint for a job that I sold was Less than Pleasant..Andrew heard about this some how and a half hour after I left that Store Called my Phone because He is Our Paint Rep. For Sherman Williams...And I was so taken back by His action because Unfortunately Customer Service is VERY RARE THESE DAYS...So I just wanted to THANK ANDREW FOR JUST SHOWING HE CARED...NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT'S A SALESMAN...Great Job ANDREW...And Great Job to Sherman Williams FOR HIRING HIM!!!!??????”
