Nice treats, nice people & the self-service dog wash area while not perfect is a great convenience. A few upgrades to that feature would make for five stars!

I took my dog at feeding supply in fern creek this guy named Michael supposed of groomed my dog he looked horrible the hair was uneven his behind looked like a box where he cut it straight across he didn't combed my dog out I will never go back there again I paid 73.00 for a dog that looked horribe

I took my mini labradoodle to be groomed. She is a mess. They tried to say she was matted but and she ruined her. One ear is shorter than other and also her mouth is not even. I have had her groomed every month and most of her the hair is gone . All around her bottom is completely shaved I moved back to Louisville in May and looking for a new groomer . Please do not take your dog if she is a mini labradoodle . My poor baby

Experience was great. My dog is large and a wrestler. She hates her nails done. The groomers had good suggestions and worked though my dogs stress with care.

Really appreciated the convenience, help, efficiency, and understanding of the staff.I have a 14yo chihuahua I adopted, so I really am still learning lots about him. I was worried about bringing him in somewhere, as I don’t wanna stress him out a ton or have him muzzled or anything cause that’s just too much for an old geezer like him.Brianna was super understanding though and had me hold him and comfort him the entire time and I was really glad I was with him through the process.I thought she’d only be able to clip the nails, but with some patience we were able to grind his nails down too which was awesome and more then I expected. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. His nails previously were curling over a bit, and crossing but now they’re much better and I’m definitely taking him back for upkeep.Can’t thank you guys enough! Lars says Thank you too I’m sure!
