ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION ASSURANCE. Purchased vapes on sale and every single one tasted burnt or didn’t smoke properly. When I told the sales associate she blew into the vape with her mouth and said it worked just fine and handed it back. Clearly this is a business that deals in old merchandise trying to pass them off as a deal for their customers only to act like nothing matters as long as they got the cash. DO NOT BUY THE VAPES FROM HERE!!!!!

reply to the negative reviewers: hi hater. pull off easy. bye hater. you don't like encore? why hater! the vape and cannabinate industry is what it is; there's some frustration with any product, but you are not going to find a better selection, staff, nor client purchase experience than @ this right here location nary especially in this area. i'll carry on for instance -- some mods don't hit clean for me, and some canabinates make me feel distorted, scary or worried, while others i can tolerate. remember: always going to be dang trial and error anywhere you go. gl yall be safe pc. gb. my only complaint? ain't open 247... :]

Do not shop here. I can't fathom how there are so many five-star reviews for this place.I went in and bought a new mod, and when looking through the options, I made an offhand comment to the young lady who was working that evening that I don't really know much about different brands of mods, to which she responded something to the effect of "oh I don't either..." You should know what you're selling. If I got a job at a computer store, and a customer found out I didn't know anything about computers, my boss would justifiably scratch his head and wonder: "why did I hire him again?"After purchasing the mod, I took it home and used it, noticing that when the fire button was not being pressed nor the device being mouth-activated, it would often sputter and crackle uncontrollably, burning my hand when the splatter hit it. The device would be hot to the touch, and if I attempted to inhale shortly after a "sputtering fit," the vapor would burn my throat.I called the store and asked for a refund. The young lady who originally sold me the item put me on hold to call her manager. After the long wait was over, she came back and told me there was "really nothing we can do," and offered me tips as to how I might fix the issue, suggesting the problem was user error. Thank you, but I read the documentation on proper usage of the device, and nowhere was this problem mentioned. Essentially I was told: "Oh, yeah, that model does that."When I pointed out that they sold me a defective product and that they should take it back per basic good business practice, I got an: "I'm sorry, but I don't make the rules. If I could take it back I would, but I don't make those decisions." Not an acceptable response on a couple levels... As a representative of a business, whether you are a manager or not, you must take responsibility for your employer. When someone is paying you a salary, you stand by that person or business in their practices, whether you agree with them or not. If you can't in good conscience stand by your employer, you go work somewhere else. That's how the world works. Secondly, I don't care if you don't make those decisions. That's not my problem.The Consumer Protection Act REQUIRES businesses to accept returns and issue refunds on defective merchandise. I have a reasonable expectation when I purchase a product that it will not gurgle, spit hot liquid, and burn my hand. You are in direct violation of Kentucky state law.Again, I reiterate, do not shop here. These people couldn't care less about their customers, and they don't know their products.

I would have rated 5 star before today when I visited and received the news that they have removed their veterans discount which to me, sends a clear message that veterans don't deserve that respect. I will no longer patronize this establishment as I am an insulted veteran myself.

We have been loyal customers for quite awhile. The store is well stocked and the prices are reasonable. Would have rated them a 5 until today. They used to offer a veterans discount and have now decided to no longer offer the discount. It would have been one thing if they never offered it, but then to decide to stop it, sends a loud message that they don't support our veterans. If they are that desperate for revenue, they should have stopped the loyalty rewards, that now I will not be utilizing.
