I've worked with a number of different therapists at Dunn PT/ProRehab for several years for various issues. Their help, guidance and support have been invaluable and life-changing, helping me maintain mobility, continence and manage pain. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend.The therapist I saw one time kept going on and on about how young I looked and how I didn’t look my age. I had a rough labor and delivery so to go to PT and be reminded of that time to then get made fun of for my appearance as well as having to drive across town after work, with gas prices up and having to deal with receptionists who are super rude… ya no thanks. I’d rather recover on my own.

The therapists might be good, but the policies are terrible. I got very sick and was told by my doctor to quarantine. I called 15 minutes after they opened to cancel an appointment for the following day and was told that I was 15 minutes past the 24 hour requirement for cancellations. They charged me $50 for the cancellation. THEN, when I cancelled remaining appointments because I was still sick, I called on a Friday to cancel appointments for the following Monday (and all appointments thereafter) and was told I would be charged a $50 fee again. What???In a world ravaged by a pandemic, this place has a policy to charge exorbitant fees for cancelling appointments, even if you contract COVID. The policy says everything you should need to know about how this place cares about patients and staff. They would rather have money in their pocket than have healthy, safe patients. After I refused to pay those fees, they sent me to collections.With all the choices in physical therapists, choose someone else. You don't want this place emptying your wallet for nothing.Edited to add: If I had read the other reviews about people with the same experience, I never would have gone to this place.

Same as the comment below, shady billing! I was sent a closing survey where I gave all 5 stars, unfortunately 2 weeks later was sent a bill for $50 due to a no show. Although I called and cancelled my appointment while speaking to the receptionist, NOT ONCE was I told a $50 charge would be applied. When calling to ask about the charge the RUDE and CONDESCENDING office manager was of no help. She has poor customer service skills and lacks class. Furthermore, all documentations signed by this office are kept without you given a copy. DO NOT do business here. Very unfortunate as I loved the therapist Emily, however her place of business is shady.

I highly recommend Dunn PT! I had an acute issue and was able to get an appointment the same day. Everybody was very friendly, professional and personal. The office was on schedule with no wait time. I saw Linsey and Danielle and they helped me feel back to normal. Thank you!

I am very thankful to have found Dunn Physical Therapy. I had pain due to scoliosis, my therapist Erin was amazing and a tremendous help to me. The entire experience at Dunn was great. I highly recommend them.
