Went to get a phone screen and a case. Installed both. They installed the wrong screen protector. Went back and they fixed it and installed the proper one. However it’s been 2 weeks and the cover is already coming off. Do not do business here.

I came here about 2 months ago to fix a crack on my screen. Everything was fine then, but my phone screen started to glitch randomly and part of the screen is popped off. I called to ask if they could take a look and repair my phone. But I was told that I would have to pay the full price again & it was my fault. There is no warranty here after they have fixed your phone, so be aware of that.

I called on my break at work to see how much they would charge to have my screen fixed on my phone the man said 115$ today only, so after work I took it over dropped it off. 40 minutes later i went to pick it up I paid with my card cause I didn't have cash on me then the man said it didn't go through. I called my card to check my balance in the transaction has already been made but it didn't send a text to me until later the next day In he said I had to leave my phone overnight until I pay, so my sister paid it for me the next day I went to go pick my phone up he gave me a receipt and he said if I have any issues I can come back get my money back. A few hours later the screen started glitching badly my phone would freeze randomly so I took it back with the receipt and told the guy. And he said the transaction never went through from my card I showed him proof from my text, He still said me or my sister could not get our money back.. after I had the receipt. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will rip you off.

Had my I phone 7+ screen repaired here. 2 days later my touch screen stopped working all together . I am here waiting for them to get in now to try to fix this problem . But I just read all the other reviews about this place and I’m regretting ever coming here. Malls should not let con artist work in here .

Took my iPhone 6 in for repair and Muhammad said all was good come back in 20mins paid cash $85 with tax four days later phone cracked called him and told him he said ok bring it in he'll fix it still under 30 day warranty so I took it in he fixed it again and gave it to me didn't say a price or nothing. Then he say bay a tempered glass protector I told him I had him be already then he said buy a ottobox told I'm I got one of those to I proceed to leave he gets angry and tell me I gotta pay 95 or I wasn't getting my phone long story short he don't know me now and I never bought the screen prior didn't end well don't buy from the scam artist

I came into the store to get a new speaker placed in my cell phone. I advised the tech multiple times that the phone sounded exactly the same as when I brought it in. After I waited two hours and sitting at the corner the tech stopped multiple times to help other customers making me wait longer than necessary!! Needless to say he charged 53.00 to replace the speaker in my phone and I still cant hear anything but static. I am going back to the store today he is going to HAVE to fix my phone for my 53.00. This place is a rip off using cheap parts obviously. IPHONE Quality is great as he attempted to blame IPHONE for his cheap replacement parts. In hind sight this place a C- rating with the BBB I should have NEVER went to a place with that kind of rating EVER.

Had my daughters iPhone 7 Plus fixed and it broke again the same day. Brought it back and he gave me the great deal of $80 to fix it again. I even paid an extra $20 for him to put a screen protector on there. Broke again within a week without even scratching the screen protector. Brought it back again, and he will only do for $80 again. This guy is a liar and a crook. Do not use.

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF GOING HERE, EVER! Not only can they not fix a cell phone but alsocause additional problems With Devi e that you never had a issue with prior. If only I could select zero stars....
