“I'm in serious danger of spending all of my money here. There's a really good selection of records and they're organized/laid out in a very logical way. What really struck me is how the staff was so kind to every customer.”
“Cool looking place, plenty of tables set up and open when I went in. One nice one with scenery ready to play. Peaceful atmosphere, just there to explore. All your table top needs supplies here.Polite and courteous staff, very friendly even on the phone. You don’t see that often.Best wishes to them, hope they stay around; we need a local store like this.Curious about their events! Will update later.Wish they had more available hours, but it’s a small business so understandable.”
“The Christian Book Nook is a hidden gem! The customer service is excellent and the books are the best prices you can get (even better than online most of the time!). I highly recommend!”
“I love going here! I try to shop independent bookstores, and until a few weeks ago, I've never had a bad experience at Carmichael's! But the last time I was here, a worker made nasty comments about me while I was quietly browsing. It was really off-putting, and I'm still not entirely sure what I did wrong. I ended up leaving without checking out. I'm not sure if I want to go back- I might have to see if I can find another bookstore to patronize. Other than that, you can't go wrong with Carmichael's!”
“Wide variety of children's books, puzzles, etc. Unfortunately the book I was looking for is no longer in print but I was able to find something else for a birthday gift.”
“All of the workers are so nice and helpful if I have ever needed it. I love the selection of clothes they have and the records. They also have some cool nicknacks and scrapbooking stuff, if you are into that. There clothes are not super expensive, and I have found some really nice classic pieces for my closet here!”
“Beautiful store & great selection of books and gifts! (I think they need more cashiers in the afternoon & evening. There was only one cashier up front when we were there.)”

757 E Lewis and Clark Pkwy #228, Clarksville“It is always a great time. So many of the staff are knowledgeable about a myriad of genres!. If one of them isn't... they should become so or find a different line of work!”
“I go mostly for the movies they sell here. They have a lot of used DVDs and blue ray movies, you can find a lot of good things here. I don't read much so I can't really comment on the books here. They also sell used games. I enjoy visiting the store pretty often.”
“The team at the Westport location are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to assist you in finding what you're looking for and the prices for books are great!”

Item their website said they did. I had already been to 2 other retailers whose website said "in stock"”

You can also rent or check out DVDs of good audio and visual things. Movies and talks that is.Look her before seeking out any other supply or book store. “From childhood, to age 59, I have lived around Bellarmine we have four members of our family, that currently attend there. I love the way Bellarmine has grown throughout the years. I believe it's one of the best universities in the state.”
“Awesome and unique bookstore and music store. Decent selection of books and well organized for a used bookstore. They have some old games like Atari, game boy, and some I couldn't recognize. Fair prices. I'm glad this store is surviving still in the online music and ordering days.”
“The staff are super helpful and make it easy to rent/return books. I’m a new grad student, and didn’t attend UofL for my undergrad, so I appreciate their help and being able to answer any questions I may have. I like the size of the bookstore as it’s not overwhelming huge but has quite a few options as far as merchandise goes.”

“I went here for the first time on Independent Bookstore Day and I loved it! They were very busy but it was still easy to get around and find what I was looking for. I was kind of overwhelmed with the crowd though so I wasn't able to stay long, but I definitely plan on returning when it's a little less busy. The staff was also super nice and helpful!”
