Worse company ever my dad is almost out of gas he paid his bill and they still haven't come out. Now they are calling for ice Thursday into friday

Been waiting on a delivery for 3 weeks. We use the gas to heat our pool sept is the main month week heat it and it already be side April. I called and call with in no call back response. Dose anyone know what's up with this company.
