Hours are not suitable for working families. Drove to Springfield because hours for Saturday we're until 4. Store was closed at 1pm. Phone number also not in service.

Almost 3 months later and we still have not been compensated for a broken tv stand, as promised, and are still missing a box. I have an email chain a mile long (when they answer) of excuses and apologies on why we haven't received it or been compensated. Everything from it was shipped and lost - to I ordered it today - to I picked it up at Best Buy.

Springfield Furniture does an AMAZING job moving you. Unlike many movers, they treat your furniture and belongings with respect. I just moved out of an apartment on the third floor of a renovated home with INCREDIBLY narrow stairways, but Springfield Furniture navigated the situation with ease. The movers are personable and professional. Thank you, Springfield Furniture. You made moving a breeze. I'll definitely be calling on your services again.
