Had a 5 year old riding mower with some minor engine problems, reving/slowing no real power. They were able to get it fixed for a very reasonable amount. Customer service is top notch, for that Olde Tyme shoot the breeze and feel like even a minor problem is important to them, this is the place to go.Used the mower today after getting it back and ran very well.

I had a small mower that hadn't been used for a year and wouldn't start. They provided a time and cost estimate for the repair. It was ready a day before they estimated and was less than their cost estimate. Well satisfied and would recommend.

Excellent service and honest. I have a lot of older equipment and I prefer to work on things myself until it gets beyond my skill level. He took on a difficult repair and gave me solid feedback that kept me from dumping a bank on a problem that was never going to work right.Also, good people. I highly recommend them.

If it's fixable, they'll fix it, and if not, they'll let you know. Have had mowers and a grinder repaired. All repairs holding. Good service, excellent spirit. For me, nowhere else necessary.

I had them look at a Husqvarna 550xp Chainsaw that I rebuilt. It would start and idle but not rev up. Turns out I left a fuel hose off. Took it to them on a Friday and they called Tuesday and apologized that they didn’t get it to me Monday!! Now that’s service and professionalism. Wasn’t in any hurry to get it back. I highly recommend them for your service.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Recently purchased 2 new Husqvarna pro saws 550xp and 562xp and both failing before a year or much usage. Brought both saws into the shop for repair which put me out of business for the day and the owner didn't even have time to get up and at least try to run both to duplicate and verify the problems or even offer me demos or loaners. I am a chainsaw Carver and have run saws my whole life and recently decided to maybe switch to Husqvarna from Stihl. They were winning me over until this. I just couldn't believe he didn't seem to wanna be understanding or apologetic about how I am losing income now because I invested in his business and offer me at least one pro saw to complete today's job. Last time I took the 550 in for repair it was over a week until I got it back with the same issue. Buyer beware.

Website clearly states they will gladly come to you for service. Took 2 days to get in touch with them and they never returned previous phone calls. Today finally answered the phone and said that they have never offered to come to a customer.

They fixed my lawnmower and it runs great, I would give them 5 stars but it took 2 weeks for a $100 fix.
