Woodland Hills is a great community. Conveniently located right by 471 and 275 and you can take city roads into Newport, Covington and Cincinnati very easily within 5 minutes. The Association is very quick to reply to any concerns. It seems that the owners are all very involved in the community. Anyone looking to move here I would strongly recommend.

Too many renters live here now. Unsupervised kids at the pool. They contract the slowest people for repairs and maintenance. Fee goes up almost every year but we can't get lightbulbs changed in the common areas. Lived here 9 frustrating years-- parking lot has been redone 4 times. Only saw the need once. Roof has been repaired twice. Roofers left nails all over the yard and lot. We're now getting new balconies. They started mine last week. Still waiting. I have no railing. It's a safety hazard. And now the big issue is drier vents. They hired attornies to harass us. A couple years ago the value went down by $20,000 so lots of people just ditched their places. Not much parking left. Seems each tenant has several cars

I was just on the outside but from outside it's nice secure doors 5 mins from 471 highway 10 from any kind of shopping
