Super great experience at the Southgate ky location, excellent & friendly customer service with Austin today as he not only found me a killer deal on a special product I needed, but even carried my heavy items to my car! Will definitely be back for all future projects & recommend them to my friends & family!

Joey assisted us today at the Southgate store. We have shopped here many times because of the staff’s special attention and service. Joey is no exception. He was friendly, polite and helped with our questions. He is an exceptional young man and made our Southgate SW visit a treat. Hopefully, Joey is appreciated and moves up the ladder with SW!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You have a lot of paint supply options out there and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Went there to buy 1 tube of Shermax caulk and they were out of stock (no surprise). The staff there recommended white lightening and said it was just as good as shermax. Took it home and used one small amount and it was terrible to work with. Too sticky and a mess to clean up. Took the tube back with the receipt and the manager refused a refund. It was 99% full!! WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store for various painting projects. They’ll lose all my future business over an $8 tube of caulk. It’s basic customer service. Home Depot and Lowes understand this and they would’ve given me a refund for an inferior product. Customer service has to be pretty bad for me to take the time to write a review like this.

They were my last stop in the hunt for a special paint and they had it IN STOCK! They also have free color match. Thank you for saving this old ladies life. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. They went out of their way to help me.

kiser was amazing to work with. I was coming in to match a color that no longer existed and thru much time and much of Kiser’s patience we found the exact match and he was extremely helpful! I recommend this store to everyone. As customers were coming in, they were calling them by their names and even nicknames. I could see that they have an excellent rapport with their customers and obviously many repeated customers.
