“Schaeper's is the best! Recently my cat was diagnosed with cardiac disease. I am still getting used to giving her the heart medicine every day. I woke up on Saturday morning and didn't realize til late that I had run out. I never wanna be the person that is calling a business right before they are about to close asking them to do something for me. But I know the heart medicine is serious business! Long story short, they were sweet and helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Won't happen again on my end, but I really appreciated it. “My beloved cat, Lucy, was diagnosed with a dreaded disease and her prognosis only gave her a few weeks to live. She was prescribed pain medicine that needed to be compounded. As we began to run low, we called the original compounding pharmacy and it was taking several days to fill the order, Then the weekend came and still no refill, and at this time, we had run out of medicine. I called our vet who said if we could find a compounding pharmacy who could fill the order that day, he would call it in. I called Mullany's in Blue Ash who said there may be a pharmacist at the White Oak location who could help. An angel named Lynn, without hesitation, said she could fill the order and just asked us to be there by closing time. Wow, most compounding pharmacies could easily take days to fill orders. We lost our Lucy a few days later, but she spent her last few days surrounded by our family and as comfortable as possible, all thanks to a sweet and compassionate pharmacist named Lynn. Lynn, we thank you so much.”

“After having breakfast at nearby Wild Eggs, we walked a few blocks to Walgreens because we needed to buy some things we forgot to pack on our trip to Cincinnati. The issue is, when we got there, Walgreens was not open. We got her 10 minutes before opening. It was freezing as it was 40 and we were feeling it even with our coats. Thankfully, a store employee let us in a few minutes early. He totally could have let us freeze out there. I really appreciate he let us in. Typical Walgreens in regards to what they have inside. We combed through the aisles and found the items we needed. After paying we quickly went on our way but got a Lyft back to the hotel. Again the guy let us stay in the store until Lyft picked us up.”
