I love this place. I've been going there for about ten years. It's to always see familiar faces...Cindy and Melissa, they've been there since I became a patient. Dr. Cathy Tackett is my general physician there and Dr. Shelley Truesdell is my Endocrinologist. They are both incredible. Very caring, thorough, honest, great listeners. I really don't see myself being a patient anywhere else.

I went to the doctor today for the first time in a long time and I had an amazing experience with Danielle Arthur. She was so kind and listened to all of my concerns. I have always dreaded going to the doctor, but now I dread it a little bit less.

We are very happy with Primary Plus South Shore Medical.Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses, and physician's assistant, goes above and beyond to make each visit a great experience.The office is very clean and the staff friendly, prompt, and courteous. Some of the children walked in a bit nervous but left looking forward to their next visit. Physician's Assistant Jerry Iery and the staff put my children at ease and explained everything to them step by step. I was impressed with how they engaged with each child, answering all their questions, and making sure they were comfortable . From start to finish we received excellent care.I was impressed with the gentleness and level of engagement with the children when drawing blood too.This facility has a drive thru pharmacy on site with little to no wait time. The pharmacist and staff are excellent.They do x-rays there too.I did want to try Primary Plus South Shore Dental but unfortunately they don't take my insurance and are not willing to bill out of network which is a great disappointment.

I’ve only had positive experiences here! Had an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all when I got there. Danielle Arthur APRN is a very kind person. I would recommend her to anyone. She listens to all of your concerns and knows how to order correct labs and provide proper treatment. I am thankful for her and for the facility.
