I dont recommend this place because they break ADA and HIPPA. They allow patients to have their blood drawn in a dirty room, or they tell you to wait outside in 104 temperature. You'd think that with the progression of mental health that your providers would grow as well. Guess not. FYI I'm writing this as I'm sitting outside because I can't can't in. because I can't wear a mask. yet they won't take me to a room. pretty sad.

front office staff has put me into regression and now I am back to the beginni trying to cope with extreme anger issues. it's probably best I leave my wife and children. they should not have to go through this.

I have worked for this agency here in Yuma for almost 8 years and i have seen them help so many people with life on life’s terms. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with any problems be it Medical or anything else.

I do not recommend this place at all. 4 years ago the Physician's assistant I was being see by at Horizon health and wellness told me I had osteoarthritis in my arms and hands without doing any testing on me. Last week I took it upon myself to get a second opinion due to the severity of my pain throughout my body at this point. Come to find out Osteoarthritis is not what I have. I actually have been diagnosed with antinuclear antibody which is an auto immune disorder. So my body is attacking itself. If The staff at horizon health would have done their job properly my body would not have so much damage to it at this point. I would have been getting the right treatment. Instead they screwed up and I live my life in severe pain every day. Thanks horizon health and wellness you suck.

I have nothing but the run around for 5 hours today. When I finally go there at 440 on Tuesday only to be half way greeted by two ladies if u can call them that. Very rude. Yes I was yelling after sitting there for 10 minutes, listening to 1 of their friends on the outside. Laughing giggling talking about their life this and that, obviously, this is a place for sick people and the people that come in our family and or friends that are concerned about their loved ones and they were very disrespectful. One woman, Laura, who refused to give me her name, put her hand up in my face twice as to shut me up she wouldn't give me her last name, but trust me I will find out and I will be filing a formal complaint against this woman. She is not only. Unprofessional but very rude..

Well, you know, Horizon may have dropped the ball a few times but the complaints I've read here are almost comical. Why? Because Horizon has saved my life twice! Their integrated health-care is the wave of the future and I'm one lucky man to have experienced how that can work. Even if you're not hanging by your last thread (like I was) this place is a Godsend for Apache Junction. I am now in a strong recovery thanks to Horizon giving me All the tools. And don't forget the Community Garden, the Farmer's Market, Tai Chi, the SweatLodge etc. Thank you, everyone at Horizon: You're doing great work!
