They back charge you with no warning for a usage charge that was just made up this year. Then they can't even be honest with the amount of propane in your tank. I had a tank with 41% (I have photos) and they said it was 35% that was alot of money in that tank. Then you come out without notice and no idea when we would be on the schedule to come back (just whenever) thanks for the $4.75 check you sent me. You are thieves and dishonest. I will never do business with you and I hope people will be aware of how you do business.

A few months ago I could smell a propane leak. So I called these guys to check it out. Well, they didn't find a leak so they billed me. $60 I believe. But yet I'm told to call them if I smell gas. After paying the service guy,he has the odassity to tell me I should have checked it myself. Thought I was paying for a service. Also I have a bill here. It's a non usage charge. Really!!!! Trust me,I bought enough. So,I'm punished for being energy conscious. I do realize most propane providers do this but that don't make it right.

Arrick's propane has professional staff and efficient service. They automatically deliver propane to me when I am at 30%. I never have to worry about running out and have never had any problems with them. I've been a customer for almost 2 years and have always received A+ customer service from them.

Honestly I'm APPALLED, that there now charging 25.00 to check your lines if your tank is empty. I had100 credit and they wldnt deliver me any gas to keep gas in it. So that's a rip off & there pretending there doing us a favor. They cld of brought me 100 worth so it wldnt be empty, instead they left it empty on purpose. Its a 100 gallon tank
