“I mailed an item Priority Mail (3 day delivery) from TN to Greenville, KY that went to Louisville twice, all the way to Denver, and then got stuck in the Hazelton, MO facility. I asked for a USPS service request after 2 weeks. The Greenville, KY Postmaster, Jill Smith, called me herself to inform that she would contact Hazelton and monitor the package until Greenville received it, and would call me once received. The delay was no fault of Greenville, but Ms. Smith showed that she cared, and went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service.”

“Out of all of the times I've shipped packages and from the many companies I've used this is still my favorite carrier and for one reason alone, the postal employee who works here is one of the kindest ladies I've ever met. Even if I'm having a bad day, which is often, she always tries to give me positive encouragement. Plus she doesn't try to sale you a bunch of stuff you don't need.
