For the love of god fix the exit driveway for trucks. I know you all have a shop that’s desperate for business but it’s not a way to get business by having rough unsafe driveway. If you can fix the entrance driveway you all can fix the exit driveway.

One 9 took the best care of me when my Edge broke down on my way home from Nashville. While the mechanics tried to fix my problem but, weren’t able to… they went above and beyond to assist me with options on how and where to get my car fixed along with estimates of how much it would cost! Since I needed to get home they drove me to a car rental and made sure that my daughter and I were safe and even stated that they would watch my car until I was able to pick it up! Ms Devin and her team are a dream!! Thank you from the bottom of my Michigan

Yuck. The place smells like their mop is old af and the bathroom smelled of urine. The toilet is twisted to the side and wobbly. The stall door is so tight to the toilet you practically have to straddle the toilet to get out and my leg bumped against the toilet and got wet.... toilet water/humidity sweat/pee idk, but - gag me. Ok. All I can say is I'm super glad I had lysol wipes in my bag and sanitizer in my car. If it wasn't emergent potty break situation, I literally would have gotten back on the expressway and went elsewhere.

I didn't realize that, if you fill up at one9 aka flying J at this location, you still get charged for water cup and also get treated with an attitude from the counter lady that was in a bad mode

The worst truckstop in the world. Fuel pumps do not work. Everything is falling apart for months. No def or not working. Bathrooms are dirty and ugly. No ashtrays anywhere. Instead of fixing what does not work for truckers they put new ev chargers. Fix your place people!

Fool me one, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm the fool, so learn from my cautionary tale. Twice after putting my card into the pump, I've had it declined with an immediate $151 charge applied by One9. I declined both payments twice, so they didn't bilk me out of any money, but I've had to change my credit card twice in the past year. The first time I thought it was because of a thunderstorm that was happening at the time--one of those things. It isn't. I will never stop there again, and I would advise others with caution. If I could give zero stars, I would.
